Designed in collaboration with Medicom Toy Incorporated, the designers of the famous BE@RBRICK figure which is sold across the globe in a variety of print designs, these Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Medicom Preschool Shoes have a striking monochrome look with hairy cow leather uppers and crisp white accents. Continuing across the perforated toe vamp and wide shaped borders that help to strengthen the side panels and heel, the selected fuzzy fabric is reminiscent of a bear and perfectly plays into the BE@RBRICK designs whilst signature Swoosh tick emblems sit on either side of the foot and a contrasting ‘@’ bear symbol has been embroidered in white on the outer right side of the heel. Two sets of laces arrive with each pair for a custom look, and above the tongue is padded for comfort with a woven black label below the top edge that presents the same ‘@’ symbol against an illustrated bear's head in white. The tip of the heel features an off-white hairy cow leather insert with subtle embroidered ‘NIKE’ lettering and throughout the inside of the shoe a soft fabric lining runs alongside a cushioned insole which has been customised with a monochrome Medicom Toy print design and collaborative Nike SB x BE@RBRICK logo. The foam midsole provides cushioning in every step and a combination of the rubber outsole and circular tread pattern provides multidirectional grip.

Created by Japanese based Medicom Toy Incorporated, the BE@RBRICK is a collectable figurine which has gained an international following through limited edition collaborations with the likes of Nike, Supreme, Hello Kitty and BAPE sold through luxury department stores such as Selfridges. Following on from the Nike SB x Medicom Dunk High Elite QS which was unveiled in the spring of 2018, this second collaboration favours a two-colour palette and textured materials that play into the BE@RBRICK bear mascot.
